Dysmorphic Hand

Note what signs you see.

I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see a dysmorphic hand (disproportional components). Please note a single transverse palmar flexion crease (simian crease). Simian creases are common in Down syndrome (DS) but this patient does not have DS.

Please see all five images of this patient.
