I (S. Kalynka, M.D.) see a dysmorphic face and hemangioma or angioma on the digital tip of the fifth finger – shownbetter in other images, there is another angioma on the scalp – both are congenital – the palpebral fissures appear narrow – the upper lip filtrum appears shallow – the left ear and palm finger proportions are within norms (in other images note the deformed right ear). My personal impression is that the face is suggestive of a Fetal Alcohol Syndrome facies.
