NF-1 Palms

I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see palms and fingers. The former is riddled with multiple small discrete protrusions – an unusual sign of underlying neurofibromas (see comment in this patient’s gallery). There also is bilateral clinodactyly of the 5th finger.
