I (N. Zymak-Zakutnia, M.D.) see what informally may be called “hooded” foreskin which in medical parlance is a sign of penile chordee causing downward bending of the penis. The majority but not all instances are associated with hypospadias. CAVIAT – circumcision is neither necessary nor indicated in these circumstances unless performed by a highly competent and experienced surgeon.
