  • Fingers, polydactyly,  post-axial or ulnar.

PERSPECTIVE: polydactyly concurrent with proboscis is virtually pathognomonic of Patau 13+ syndrome.

NOTE: see in patients gallery the rest of the images of this patient (ptPatau-B); the thumb may be too long – triphalangeal?
