Morphology of the nasal tip, philtrum and lips appear to be within norms.
A protruding congenital mass from the oral cavity is likely to be a teratoma.

PERSPECTIVE: The preferential locations of teratomas include regions near the cephalad and caudad ends of the neural tube. The nature of teratomas remains in dispute (malformation, neoplasia, parasitic twin, …).
