Toes Dysmorphic

I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see irregular implantation of toes, in this instance, bilateral dorsal implantation of the second toe. In general, the toes are dysmorphic and perhaps there is podal dorsal puffiness (edema?).(See patient).
