I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see an adult; short stature, disproportional, short limbs, head-face normal size, prominent nose, mole on face, and absent distal right leg (see details). In addition the line of the buttons of the coat is curved suggestive of spinal deformity (scoliosis? – see details).
