I (W. Wertelecki., M.D.) see what the heading indicates. I also note the axis and edges of the café-au-lait (CaL) which are multiple, of variable size and by history, some are congenital and others emerged postnatally.
PERSPECTIVE: Regarding the areola and nipple, gynecomastia and feminizing signs in males (e.g. horizontal pubic hair etc.) are occasionally obvious in patients with NF1 as well as in patients with McCune-Albright syndrome.
