Syndactyly Bilateral

Note what signs you see.
I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see a 2-5 bilateral finger syndactyly often referred to as “mitten hands”. This sign immediately signals the possibility of multiple syndromes manifested by other connective tissue anomalies. Please also note that the morphology of both thumbs is altered (short and broad).
