Large Melanic Skin Patches

Note what signs you see.
I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see large skin melanic patches with irregular borders in contrast to the smooth borders of café-au-lait spots characteristic of Neurofibromatosis type 1 – the female genitalia of this baby appear to have precociously sexually matured (this additional sign is highly pathognomonic – suggestive of a diagnosis).
