I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see an infant with severe micrognathia, a dysmorphic right ear and other dysmorphic signs illustrated in companion images.
Several companion images demonstrating other dysmorphic features strongly suggest that the pathogenesis – etiology is most likely Edward syndrome usually associated with trisomy 18 (18+).
