I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see a fourth illustration of this girl. The forearm carrying angles, resulting in hands position away from the midline, are greater than the average 5-15 degrees. This is an important clinical sign quite stigmatic of a particular diagnosis mentioned in the comments concerning the gallery of the images of this patient.
