Faces and Facies

I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see faces of individuals, each different but collectively sharing “non-European” features (signs). The challenge is to identify specific signs. After such an effort most of us will realize that the sum of signs is less than the face as a whole (proportions). Now look again because there is one individual for sure and perhaps a second one who have a serious (major) congenital malformation (a characterization of those anomalies that threaten health).
