I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see long digits and a right 2-nd toe that may be malpositioned (such supposition must be confirmed by repeated examinations).
PERSPECTIVE: there are relatively few syndromes-diagnoses inclusive of signs of longer digits (should be measured). My suggestion is for you to search CEO with the key-term “arachn”.
