Dermatosparaxis Collagen Fibers Anomalies

Note what signs you see.
I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see that the lower two images are strikingly different from the upper two. The cross-sections of collagen fibers are round (upper left) and in dermatosparaxis are hieroglyph-like (lower left). Longitudinally collagen fibers are like ribbons (upper right) and in dermatosparaxis are disorganized. A clinical array of images of this patient is shown in the Gallery.
