I (S. Kalynka, M.D.) see another perspective showing the same signs described in related images except for an emphasis on the unilateral deformation of the left ear which apparently decreased in time with the growth of this patient. Another reason to show this image is the posture of the fingers of the left hand suggestive of spasticity.
