I (S. Kalynka, M.D.) see an infant with an auricle with a pointed upper helix and a mass on the tip of the right fifth finger.
PERSPECTIVE: Once again, this example points out the futility of attempting interpretations based on limited examinations, in this case, photographs. I know that other images will immensely expand the implications of the two signs mentioned above. Please note the additional images in the gallery of this infant and an expanded interpretation.
