Note what signs you see.
I (N. Zymak-Zakutnia, M.D.) see:
- Ear, asymmetric, helix early embryonal type (U-shaped), no evidence of anti-tragus, anti-helix, etc. (please see the image of the contra-lateral ear).
PERSPECTIVE: dysmorphic ear suggestive of an embryonal stage in contrast to the morphology of other body structures suggestive of landmarks of near-term morphology.
