I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see an unusual cranial-face proportions (laterally wide cephalon), irregularities and eversion of the lower eyelids combined with underdeveloped auricles (external ear lobes). Take a look at the profile image shown separately.
PERSPECTIVE: The overall impression which cannot be conveyed by words is that this child has a malformation syndrome (see Gallery) illustrating images of his father and unrelated others.
