I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see what the title indicates and I am aware that is virtually certain that there are associated facial anomalies. The cranium is most frequently symmetric but not in this instance. Other non-cephalic associated anomalies often are also present. Please see the rest of the images of this patient.
