I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see a dysmorphic ear (auricle) – the helix is partially unfolded, the ante-helix is prominent, the lobule is absent.
This is a companion image to others suggestive the diagnosis of Edward syndrome (trisomy 18 or 18+).
