I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see long limbs and digits as well as tall stature for age (as per clinical records). Ectomorphia is a potential signal of a variety of syndromes. This patient being a female implies that one of the differential diagnosis consideration – XXY chromosomal constitution associated with Klinefelter phenotype – is irrelevant.
