I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see angiomatous facial skin areas. There is some hypertrophy of the lower right lip and the involvement is bilateral and extending to the upper neck. Because there are additional images, please see the Patients Gallery for further interpretation and perspective. One najor consideration is the possibility that this patient has a syndrome known as Sturge Weber, also Dimitri syndrome.
