Facies Dysmorphic 03 (Rule out FAS or FASD)
Please click to enlarge.
Note what signs you see.
I (S. Kalynka, M.D.) see how this patient facies is far more “informative” compared to images during infancy. Among the visible signs are: narrow palpebral fissures and the flat upper lip. The right ear is less “deformed” as it was noted earlier. Please see the perspectives and image gallery of this patient.
COMMENT: W. Wertelecki, M.D. – in my view it is prudent to consider that this facies represents in instance of FAS or FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder or Syndrome)
