I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see multiple skin leasions, some vesicular, some linear … unless suspected, clinicians often miss the diagnosis of parental abuse of their children – in this case, the linear skin lesions are burns inflicted by a heated wire.

PLEASE be aware that unless the clinician has on his mind the possibility of child abuse, it is likely that such instances will be missed.
