I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see the first of three images of a 40 weeks, low birth weight infant. She is agitated, irritable, prone to constantly crying, tremulous, and relative thin. The social history of her mother suggests poor circumstances and perhaps drug addictions. He is hard to feed (sucking tires him quickly), etc.
