Missing Leg 1

Note what signs you see.
It is obvious that the left leg is missing. The point here is that I (W. Wertelecki) see a child with vital energy and will to live. The provocative question is how can one body part fail to develop while the contralateral part is normal and so is the rest of the body.
PERSPECTIVE: Experts underscore that although most developmental fields result in normal morphogenesis some may be impacted by external forces or developed parts be impacted by external destructive forces. Such categories of developmental anomalies are labeled as disruptions (destruction). The supposition that the forces are external are consistent with the family and maternal reproduction histories indicate that recurrence of such defects is exceptional.
