Dysmorphic Face? Facies?

Note what signs you see.
I see (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) a dysmorphic face? – a facies of ? – Other than lack of scalp and eyebrows hair (alopecia or hypotrichosis) and perhaps unusual or dysmorphic right ear, I see little else. Nonetheless, the posture, the open mouth and cranio-facial outlines prompt me to suspect that this child is dysmorphic. Such suspicion is often associated with psycho-behavioral deficits. This child can be seen in a clinical video included in the Dysmorphology (a) tutorial where the above questions may be clarified.
