Note what signs you see.
I see (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) a dysmorphic facies (a face with several dysmorphic signs) and absence of distal upper limbs (phocomelia) plus perhaps gynecomastia if this individual is a male or underdeveloped breast if a female. I also have the impression of a premature senility. In any case, instances of phocomelia associated with a dysmorphic facies compared to those with average (normal) facial proportions represent different etiology (causes). See Pandora Word Box for further notes.
