I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see an ear with a dysmorphic lobule – note the protuberance. In the context of an omphalocele and/or macroglossia (which this patient suffers from), this ear characteristic further sustains a clinical diagnosis of a high cancer risk syndrome (for a PERSPECTIVE, see his previous and additional images).
