Wertelecki, M.D.) see an ear rim and posterior dimples and prominances, dysmorphisms which if concurrent with an omphalocele and/or macroglossia (which this patient suffers from), add to a diagnostic certainty of a high cancer risk syndrome (for a PERSPECTIVE, see his previous and additional images).
