Face Deformation Skin Melanic Patches

I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see an Amerindian young male with ocular hypertelorism, deformed nasal bones and cartilage, a dark melanic patch with irregular borders extending from the right corner of the oral opening toward the midline, but not crossing it and toward the neck and shoulder.
