Facies Williams 1

I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see a stigmatic face that is a facies (signal) of a syndrome – I also note an illustration of the irides – each iris is bluish (thin) and shows a stellate pattern (also a sign of thinness) – another facial sign is a relatively large mouth and small teeth separated by gaps. The history indicates this child is “very friendly, outgoing, and loves music” (please see additional comments).
