- Scalp, hair, hypoplastic.
- Face, facies, holoprosencephaly.
- Face, proboscis, infra-orbital.
- Eyelids, narrow, closed, downward slant.
- Upper lip, flat.
- Mouth, open, tongue protruding.
PERSPECTIVE: presume ocular hypoplasia – microphthalmia.
