I (W. Wertelecki, M.D.) see a shawl scrotum – a sign of many syndromes, in particular Aarskog syndrome or Aarskog-Scott syndrome, a condition prevalent among males. The depicted patient has multiple other dysmorphic features associated with a cytogenetic anomaly (see video-gallery).
