Illustrated is a graph of testicular measurements during different stages of puberty. All males at birth ant thereafter should be examined for the presence of both testicles. Palpation may show asymmetries indicative of anomalies. Measurement may reveal micro-orchia or macro-orchidism. In both instances a differential diagnosis must be undertaken.
